For a leading electricity supplier in the UK, lack of a unified CRM platform across all their branches was proving to be challenging for their business operations. The Company didn’t have a holistic view into their customer data and revenue because of their lead and opportunity management being handled on Excel sheets in a number of their branches. Lack of a unified platform also hindered collaboration amongst their sales offices. In order to overcome these limitations, the Company decided to adopt Sales Cloud.

We worked with the Client Company in understanding their requirements and helped them in implementing a unified platform by building a proper framework in Salesforce that fits well with their core business processes and also by making sure there is some room for customisation based on business needs.

An Integrated Sales Cloud helped the Client Company in acquiring a unified CRM platform that helped all their offices leverage the same Salesforce organization. Reporting became easier across the group.
